dude, this rocks so hard
unfortunately over the top is actually 2 films, fortunately for me they both rule and work wonderfully together. the first part of the film is your classic father and son road trip story, stallone plays the soft spoken endearing father trying to build a relationship with his annoying son mike while being pursued by a very tan robert loggia and terry funk (yeah dude) the second film and conclusion is a star studded arm wrestling…

Five Easy Pieces 1970
every now and then i watch a film that perfectly encapsulates the emotions of a man born before 1990 and i cannot think of a better display of selfishness, pride and stubbornness on film than this one.
*i also picked 1990 so i could fit in with the emotional distant tough guys even tho i’m a a complete pussy. -
