Soooooo bummed that I didn’t find this that good. I mean the acting was insane, but the story/etc just didn’t really match that energy. Felt like it needed to go a little further with either the creature or the characters. Dope concept though, peele is genius

interesting how they balanced stupid subject matter/conversation topics while maintaining genuine emotion and meaningful storytelling. Like they were talking about knocking up a 47 yo and yet the scene nicely resembled growing brotherhood, same with the ending of them driving off to find prostitutes? and yet you still feel that wholesome end-of-buddy movie heart warmth?
