People Explaining Things To Each Other: The Movie
Kinda fitting that I watched Nolan's best movie right before I watched his worst. This is everything I hate about Inception in one big package. Just a painfully uninteresting experience and something I regret. This'll probably be my Once Upon a Time In Hollywood of the year in that most people I know will probably love this shit. I can't say I see how there is anything to latch onto here beyond spectacle (and score), but the reverse shit almost becomes laughable at some points. Just didn't really work for me. Not a single character in this movie is an actual character. Just people that need to be there to explain information to other people (the audience). Definitely not my thing at all but that's fine with me.
