This film leaves very mixed feelings with me. I am a fan of Alfred Hitchcock's work but this film did not come off as well as the other films I have seen by him.
In fact, the plot is rather mediocre. What is supposed to happen (without spoiling) is laid on too thick. Also, the dialogues feel more like time filler than useful to the story.

An absolute delight. This movie makes you wanna celebrate and cherish life. It’s full of little jokes which also work great on adults. The characters are great and man, can we take a moment to reflect on the fact that Pixar outdoes itself every time. Sometimes you can't even tell the difference between reality and animation anymore visually. How wonderfully done.
Excellent. First of all, the acting is sublime and these 12 characters in the film grow tremendously from the beginning to the end of the film. After the 1.5h you know exactly the characters behind these people. Henry Fonda in particular was amazing. And the fact that the characters are mixed together throughout the running time is phenomenal.

If a movie reminds you of an Alfred Hitchcock movie then you know you're in the right place.
This film knows how to keep you in its grip for its entire playing time and to put you on a different track every 10 minutes which makes the story totally unpredictable. Especially the end of the movie charmed me.
