Cynthia Khan may not carry the same screen presence as Michelle Yeoh, but she can still kick a lot of ass. And while this one tends to favour guns over fists with heaps more shootouts compared to fight scenes, it's a pretty ruthless entry in the series and definitely worth checking out.
Starts off with a bang as Michelle Yeoh foils a robbery like an absolute bad ass, but the problem I found after such a killer intro is the tone is all over the place. Yeah the fight scenes are incredible, especially during that brutal finale, but the story leans way too hard on silly slapstick comedy.
Seriously, who doesn't love a sports story about a ragtag team of misfits overcoming the odds?!
