Wow. Even with all the praise this has gotten, I did not expect to love this like I did. The way Wong Kar Wai shot this is so unique, it's breathtaking to witness, along with the lovely performances by the leads & a killer soundtrack, this film told this story of unrequited love, loneliness, & marriage on the rocks so beautifully with so much style, so much earnestness & realism that itcompletely enthralled me. It's a must for me now to watch the other two films in this trilogy to complete the full story of these characters.
