I just feel like if you’re gonna do the whole “quirky, random, Wes Anderson esque” film you gotta go big or go home. I liked it, but the tone they set was more of an awkward lingering taste on your tongue than an overarching eccentric flow like they maybe had intended.

Wow wow wow. What an immersive film. I went into this just curious about the sound design, and came out blown away. Genuinely think this one deserves best picture out of all the nominees I’ve watched this year.

I really liked this! Like is it a masterpiece? Absolutely not. But it’s weird and fun, and kooky and it just feels like it was a really fun movie to make. Love silly little movies like this
