🎶 Your clothes never wear as well the next day / And your hair never falls in quite the same way 🎶

Movie magic!! So many little things that made me laugh. Such a nice story and coincidentally a great Mothers Day watch!! Really really enjoyed this one.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

This happens to me when I sit up from a chair too fast

  • Taxi Driver

    Taxi Driver

Incredible. Deeply unsettling, terrific cinematography, beautiful score. DeNiro’s acting is marvelous. Keitel is great at being a gross weirdo. How I managed to go 24 years without seeing it when both my parents are/were Scorseseheads and there was a huge Taxi Driver poster on the wall in my childhood home is beyond me but I’m glad I finally got to it.

  • Fantastic Mr. Fox

  • Gremlins

At the end of the day… you have to give a gremlin a little kiss.

  • Licorice Pizza

    Licorice Pizza

Crazy charming. So so good. Alana Haim please call me. This is my first Paul Thomas Anderson movie (I know, I know) and definitely won’t be the last. The Wings needledrop had me grinning in my seat. Not excited for the discourse that will spring forth from this movie (although I get it) but I am excited to see more from PTA.

  • The Matrix

    The Matrix

Literal banger every time. Keanu is perfect casting because he can go from Dopey White Boy to Dope White Boy with a simple glasses and trench coat situation. I think he is not fully white IIRC but anyone can be a Dope White Boy if they believe that they are. That’s what The Matrix is all about.
