Roman Arbisi’s review published on Letterboxd:
Hard to ask for anything better. A sound and impassioned film that contextualizes the American dream for those born without inheriting the soils of American privilege.
Seeing this in theaters reminded me of how well plotless drama pieces play in a mostly empty auditorium. Pristine silence and taking in every square inch of a screen where the director has brought so many meaningful images and characters to life. Wanted to write about this extensively but I couldn’t do it justice. It just has to be seen. Felt.
