Arischa the Little Witch 2005
It feels like it was made in a vacuum, but off-brand Mäc-Geiz coloringbook Hopper & blurry fan-art Bambi obviously suggest otherwise. Unlike the D*sn*y "Tribute" designs of the other characters, front facing Arischa looks like she was plugged straight out of a Magnus Carlsson cartoon. I doubt this was intentional, but it makes for a beautiful & bizarre clash of art styles in this ~30 minute walk cycle loop showcase.
