The first half is genuinely very strong, with great dialogue and Some really freaky imagery and horror, but after the Inciting incident about 40 minutes this just takes a nosedive straight into complete mediocrity as it runs out of ideas and tries to tackle too much with too little time and very little clue how to tackle them, leaving them completely lacking in impact, underdeveloped, and even hypocritical.
