Whilst I was apprehensive at first due to the runtime Metropolis is full of interesting that ideas that still resonate today. A foundation of society built upon with two classes, one exploiting the other as a means of luxury and work. Mindless controlled work to serve the rich. Humans and cattle alike.
The sets are wonderfully created with miniatures, paintings and physical props. Industrial factories and machines intricate with moving, functional detail full the space with visual movement.
