I felt a lot of deja vu in this one. It echos the previous films well.
Meg was my favorite in this adaptation, and it is a pity that her story kind of dies away after she has children. PBS could have broken some cliches there. Oh well. I know Jo is supposed to be abrasive, but this Jo was just a bit too much for me. Emily Watson is fantastic as Marmee though.
"Here and Now" in Columbus
It's like when you cannot leave silence
because you are so full. Being present.
The way we learn to be who we are
by not letting the actions of others control us,
no matter how much we love them
or think we don't or think we do.
Now we see only in part,
yet there will come a time when we see fully.
just temporarily invisible,
my cup runneth over.
