• Ticket to Paradise

    Ticket to Paradise

I actually enjoyed this film an easy rom com to watch especially if you don’t like rom coms like me. Will probably hit hbo within a few months so just wait for it to come out on streaming but I did like it and will definitely be re watching in like a year.

  • The Fabelmans

    The Fabelmans

Was really excited for this film about Steven Spielberg and his childhood because I never knew anything about his life besides the bangers he has put out in the film world. However once I knew what actually happened it really ruined the experience for me because I knew how the film was going to end so wish I would have known nothing about the family. The movie was slow and all it did was make me hate the mom of…

  • Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery

Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery

Actually really enjoyed this film saw it in theaters so it might be different watching on Netflix on my couch. But the twist are good and the ending is t as predictable as one might think I’m sure majority will not see the twist coming I believe you can figure out the killer but not the twist so keep that in mind. I would definitely be re watching this film when it hits Netflix. Easy going fun watch

  • The Banshees of Inisherin

    The Banshees of Inisherin

I’m really sad about how I rated this film because I’ve seen both but praise for the movie. However, I did not like it one of the slowest most boringness films I’ve seen this year. I loved the trailer and couldn’t wait to go see it but now I regret wasting my time going to see this film. The acting was really good but that can’t save a film from basically having them do nothing until the very end of…

  • Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

    Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

This just felt like a re make of the first black panther. From talking to other people about this I guess it was supposed to be a surprise who wears the new black panther suit but from the trailers I thought you could tell who was going to dawn the new black panther suit. I did like the villain a lot and can’t wait for his stand alone film other then that the film felt recycled but they did do a good job honoring Chadwick at the beginning of the credits

  • The Menu

    The Menu

Loved this one. Trailer didn’t give much away so you are going in blind for the most part. The dark humor had the theater laughing out loud and I really enjoyed the ending and the acting would definitely go see again!

  • All Quiet on the Western Front

All Quiet on the Western Front

This film really shows what it was like to be in the trenches of WWI. Being a world history teacher the majority of this film is spot on about what occurred during the Great War.

  • Triangle of Sadness

    Triangle of Sadness

I saw this film a couple of days ago and I enjoyed the film. I liked how it portrayed the rich and poor and what would happen if they got stranded on an island. I like the twist at the end. The only thing I didn’t like was the throw up scene on the boat. Other then that I get this film was very well done and I would watch again.

  • Goodnight Mommy

    Goodnight Mommy

I’m still confused with the ending of this film. I have never seen the original but if someone wants to explain what actually happened at the end that would be great. It’s an easy watch if you are afraid of scary movies. But for the real scary movie fans this is a dud.

  • Hellraiser

I actually really enjoyed this film I think it’s a great start to what could be a reboot for the hell raiser franchise. Wasn’t as bloody as I would have liked but it’s a step in the right direction I liked the casting choices and fee that this film will bring new life to the franchise. Just blows my mind that we have had some reboots go directly to vod and not theater and they I feel are performing well enough to have another sequel made.

  • Suspiria

I don’t really know what I just watched. Definitely thought it could have had more blood. The last act was what I was picturing so not surprised. Isn’t a slow build up there is something constantly happening to keep you engaged. My only draw back is the camera work when something wild or cool is happening the camera just wants to look away or go to another scene and I didn’t like that. I’ll definitely revisit some day.

  • Halloween Ends

    Halloween Ends

Definitely not what I was expecting. I actually enjoyed this film the twist at the end had me confused on why they said yeah let’s do that for our twist ending. But they did it whoever had the balls to green light this I am proud of you because this will most likely send shockwaves through the classic horror films and maybe get them up and going on a reboot. If you are going into this film expecting a typical Halloween film then you will come out upset. Just accept that this film will be different and sit back and watch Halloween come to an end.
