Criminally overrated and a deep misunderstanding of Alan Moore's material. Weird for the sake of weird, which Watchmen was definitely not. I'm glad he put a hex on Lindelof and this production. I only stuck with this cause I thought the plot was actually going somewhere interesting but it ended up being predictable. Those episodes dedicated to Looking Glass and Hooded Justice were the best the show had to offer but that's really it cause they were directed and written really well. The Veidt sequences were intriguing at first but it was basically just about him bullshiting for a year until the plot needed him. Doomsday Clock was a better yet also unwarranted continuation of the Watchmen story and that one is atleast canon.
