Fleshed out characters, and a story that had me gripped throughout. Frances McDormand is electric here, Woody Harrelson & Sam Rockwell are equally as good. I would say there's not much rewatch value, but a great film all the same. Recommend !
What !! A Disney film that I didn't really enjoy. How is that possible? The premise of the story was a fascinating one before I went in. I just never got a real kick out of it. Animation was superb, music was fine. But I never felt anything for the characters. Hopefully this may change on a second watch !
I don't know weather to class this as a horror or not ? But whatever it is, it's a damn good film. And for once a horror done right in my opinion.
And the music fits into the film perfectly. Knowing when to crank it up, and when to slow it down a notch. It just leads into the overall tension of the film, and makes it that little bit scarier. And the ending will keep you guessing as well.…
J.K Simmons, take a bow my friend. If you don't win an Oscar for this performance. Then the academy should take, a long hard look at themselves.
Absolutely thrilling film, you could cut the tension in some scenes with a knife. It was that good. Abit of a slow burner for me when it started, but about 40 mins in that's when it got really good.
If you don't see this film, your doing yourself a disservice. Go and watch this film now. That's why I have gave this film a 4.5*. ENJOY !!
