Spencer is beautifully shot and wonderfully acted, and gives you a real (loose) insight of how “The Royals” behaved in those four walls of the Sandringham Estate.
And throughout you can tell how Diana was struggling with those traditions, while trying to keep the peace with the family over Christmas while also knowing that Prince Charles had an affair.
But as much praise I have for the technical side along with Kirsten Stewart who disappeared within her role as “Diana”. It just didn’t grab me as I thought it would.
