  Top Gun may be bested by its sequel 'Maverick' in technical departments but Tony Scott's stylish sun-soaked aesthetic, perfect soundtrack and endlessly quotable script make for an iconic, highly-enjoyable, cheesy, action flick.

  Its hard being rich. Its hard being paid 5 million dollars for 3 hours of sitting infront of a camera. Its hard taking a 5 star vacation in foreign metropolis while your spouse pays for everything. Life is so hard.

  I hate almost everything about this movie. I hate that the director's only claim to fame was her father being Francis Ford Coppola, I hate that Bill Murray treats Japanese people like shit for bad pronounciation despite only speaking english…

  The absolute, undoubtedly most overrated movie of all time.
  The negative reviews truthfully saying its boring, tedious, overlong, meaningless have been silenced.
  Literally and I say that in the most truthful and correct sense: NOTHING HAPPENS.
  The characters just talk about events that have happened that are infinitely more interesting than what is occuring onscreen.
  The age old rule of cinema "show dont tell" is thrown out of the window.
  There is ZERO visual storytelling here.
  There is ZERO chemistry here.
  It Fucking Sucks!!!
