Wyatt Pike’s review published on Letterboxd:
Not as good as the first, but this is still absolutely great. This is actually the one I’ve seen the least of the three, so it has been awhile since I’ve seen this one the whole way through. I think I’ve really come to like this more over time. This movie is very fast paced, there is always something going on, and I feel that this time, you really feel like there is a greater sense of urgency, and honestly maybe a little more tension this time for Marty to succeed. The first movie is one of my favorite movies ever conceived, and I love it so, so much, so it’s just fun seeing more of it. Even though I’ve seen this one the least amount of times out of the three, I still look back on this one fondly, and if anything have come to like it more and more over time. These movies are just so weirdly comforting for me. Every time I put one of them on, it’s just immediate satisfaction and feeling of warmth. Just great, fun, and creative stuff.
