Nomadland 2020
The people you meet. The stories you hear. The things you see. This movie manages to capture the small moments of life that make it all worthwhile. I was anticipating this movie and it did not disappoint.
Frances McDormand can do no wrong. Especially not with beautiful scenery & accompanying soundtrack behind her.
One of the best of 2020!

Minari 2020
Beautiful story and beautiful shots. The acting is great (especially alan kim & his lil cowboy boots).
Really special portrayal of assimilation, family, and what the american dream could mean. Also watched a Q&A from the cast afterwards which was interesting to hear the actors’ thoughts on their characters and the story.
Rooting for this one at the Oscars! -
Punch-Drunk Love 2002
Okay but, I hope he does still end up seeing a therapist cause... there’s definitely something going on there
P.S. Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️

Framing Britney Spears 2021
Here is the order of people I would fight:
- jamie spears (the dad not her sister)
- justin timberlake
- co-conservator man
- that one paparazzi guy
- the entire tmz staff
- the hairdresser that refused to shave her head -
Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? 1966

Strawberry Mansion 2021
I really enjoyed the score and the colors throughout the movie, and the title is pretty cool.
I think the story idea is unique & interesting, and it started off strong, but sort of lost itself towards the end for me.
Overall, I didn’t really care for much, not the characters or where they’re story was going. I do like how it tried to connect itself to previous scenes although that did bring up questions that go unanswered. I guess that’s the point.
Will this movie come up in my dreams tonight? Maybe
