    BlacKkKlansman

    ★★★★

One of the great things about BlacKkKlansman is its ability to move between comedic and dramatic scenes very smoothly. Many films have trouble being one or the other, feeling like two movies, but this film has no problem moving between the two, sometimes even combining both tones flawlessly. The lie detector test is a perfect (hilarious) example of that.

A lot of credit for this has to go to Charlie Wachtel, David Rabinowitz, Kevin Willmott and Spike Lee himself for…

    Christopher Robin

    ★★½

It appears like I'm one of the few who didn't think this film was special.

The themes and events were so predictable. Its like everything else that's already been done; man used to know how to have fun, but now only focuses on his job, possibly losing his family. He learns to have fun again via some catalyst. In this movie that's Winnie the Pooh.

All the characters were cute, with nice enough themes for kids, but nothing surprised me which made the film boring, especially the first 30 mins, and that's coming from someone who adored the bear as a child.

    The Red Pill

    ★★★★

A great primer on the Men's Rights movement and the problems facing men today. The structure of the documentary doesn't feel 100% cohesive, but the content within is emotional, factual, and terrifying.

    Hot Fuzz

    ★★★★½

Hot Fuzz is the rare film that tries to be everything and succeeds. It's a balls-to-the-wall action film, an emotional drama, a hilarious comedy with even a little horror thrown in, all fueled by the always amazing chemistry between Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.
