It's still entertaining to watch as an early 90s time capsule, but other than that it has no real redeeming value. The story is lame (although I appreciate that each movie of the series tries to tell a different chapter in Kid's life), the new characters (with the exception of Bernie Mac's "Uncle Vester") are awful and although it admittedly has some of the most inspired jokes of the series (The blind rap group's car!!!), there are fewer laughs than in any of the already not really funny previous movies.
