It's not as bad as its reputation, but it really drags. The whodunit has been a part of the series since the beginning, but let's be honest, we watch these movies for more or less witty comments on movie tropes and most of all scenes of people getting chased and killed. This one here spends WAY too much time on Gale's and Dewey's investigation. At least Parker Posey is a nice addition and adds some fun to that slow middle section. Too bad that Lance Henriksen is wasted.
