  I love Adam Driver. I love sci-fi. Some may say, I love Adam Driver more than sci-fi.

  I love the overall trope in this movie. On paper, this movie had so many easy wins for me. AND A NINETY MINUTE RUN TIME? Forget about it. But, even with all of that, it was such a miss.

  Seriously. Dinosaurs?

  So now that I've watched this as an adult, I've come to the conclusion that Grandpa Joe is the fucking worst.

  1. He could have worked, but he chose not to. He acted like he had the inability to walk and get out of bed, but he could and would rather have Charlie and his mom work to support the ENTIRE family (including the three other dead beats in the bed).

  There was this one time Hackers started playing on the TV while Tim and I were arguing. Both of us wanted to watch it so bad that we just dropped the argument entirely so we could watch it. I don’t even remember what the hell we were arguing about. Hackers can save a marriage.
