We all "complete." Maybe none of us really understand what has lived or feel, that we've had enough time.

The actors fit in, the costumes are impeccable, the photography is beautiful but the essential is missing: the emotion, humanity, pain, suffering and the passion that the greatest fans of Ishiguro's novel miss. What makes us see a movie and get trapped in it, transported to another world, to a fantasy that feels totally real, lacks that point of connection of the viewers with what they are watching, essential in a story as sad and dramatic as this.
