Yes, the audiovisuals are a treat. Yes, the fights are pretty nice, too. But there's a point where you technically cannot drag events further out than that. Yes, you cannot expect too much from a highly stylized brawler, yet it becomes quite exhausting after an hour or so when you realize everything that has happened so far can be summed up in one sentence. A movie like "The Raid" succeeded, because in the few moments you don't see blood, brain and limbs being splattered around, it still manages to keep up the tension up in these times of calm - before the storm breaks out eventually. With "John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum" you don't have that. At this point I cannot even say the tension is being build up within the fight scenes, or at any time at all. After the fast paced first movie, the second chapter already felt sloggish, but this one... nah.
