    Harold and Maude

    ★★★★½

A half star less just because of this "you can do what you want no matter what you are completely free-hippie bullshit".

  • Heroes Shed No Tears

    Heroes Shed No Tears

    ★★

Some nice bloody and violent scenes but the rest is pure crap.

  • Blade Runner 2049

What he says but a half star more positive.

I don't even start to analyse this tromasterpiece. Every second scene depicts another theme in a tromaesc way. One could literally easily write a dissertation but at least - shortend to extent - a 20 paged scientific essay about that film.

Maybe the most political and one of my favorite troma flicks till now. I hope Lloyd Kaufman gets the chance to do his work until he's 200 years old. Lloyd you just can't stop until I am dead! I…

    3 Idiots

Watched the first hour because this indian humor is absolutely not my cup of tea.

  • The Secret Life of Walter Mitty

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty

A film made for generation Y. With its cinematography out of an clothes/cars/perfume ad and instagram profiles, its longboarding, its little preachment on the mountain, its pretty people that just can't look bad and so much shit more wraped up in an average shallow hollywood film "Walter Mitty" delivers a more than questionable philosophy. Walter Mitty is Erich Fromms "homo consumens".
And even though I detest everything that film has to say (and that's not much) it was, above that, quite entertaining.

Am I the only one whoe sensed a fucking dense sexual tension between the two Charlies?!
Nothing against it but there was something. How they looked at and thouched each other.. I mean all family love aside; when my uncle/aunt thouches me like that I punch him/her right in the face and would not stop until probably some other family member would push me from the slobber that was once my relative's face.

But that's just for me. If you,…

Not a good script and a mediocre musical but I give it one star extra only for the great special fx.

  • Punk's Not Dead

    Punk's Not Dead

This documentary wants you to think that Punk's not dead and is therefore just about how much the Punk scene, in particular the bands, love themselfs.
I watched it because I saw that Jello Biafra is in this and thought it could be interesting.
But it's not about Jello but about the rest of the band.
It's about how punk sold out. And it did right from the start. So yes, Punk is dead. At least if you look at…

  • Rica

    Rica

    ★★★½

    With the japanese Pam Grier!

I'm a little bit torn with this flick. I love the action and violence in it and the often strange dialoge is entertaining but the erratic story is confusing and tiring by time. Amongst others because it has a strange mix of melodramatic, action and fun.

  • Raw

    Raw

    ★★★½

I have no fucking clue why this is so often mentioned along with barf bags given out to the audience, fainted viewers, disgust and gore.
This drove my expectations way too high even though I knew in which thematic direction it wants to go and I don't know if it's the expectation but I think the issues and how the director wanted to present them could have tolerated a good load more of disgust and they wouldn't have drowned in…

  • Balls of Fury

    Balls of Fury

    ★★★½

I was expecting a big disappointment. A bad movie but not the a bit dumb lough out loud (I don't mean LOL!) comedy I wanted to see. Now that I've seen it I have to say it's neither a bad or a very good comedy.
I laughed a few times; there's some good humor a la one of the better typical 21th century dumb american comedies.
But there's something strange that I've never experienced in such an extent in other…
