The same level of nudity, less gore but a more entertaining story even if I still hate this slasher story rules kind of shit.
Oh and I liked the Hoff! But even more I would have loved the film to develop (show more) a (of) the love story between Ving Rhames and Paul Sheer. I mean, just look at how Paul Sheer looks at Ving Rhames when he kicks these prianhas in the ass!
It's not a particular critic on this movie but on bavarian movies in general.
It's a movie that plays in a part of bavaria. Playing with clichés of exact that part of bavaria. So there's a limited audience to that. I have to say that I have a problem with dream sequences in general. I can live with them though.
But thats not the only reason the film couldn't catch me.
First of all I found some scenes unintentionally funny, like when he realizes both of his arms came off.
Also I have a problem with the story: Why does this guy need years to get the idea to try communicating in Morse code.
A half star more for the last 10 minutes.
