"Is this your first time being robbed?"
Visually striking and artistically creative editing style, replete with match cuts, freeze frames, and a truly show-stopping cross-cut sexual fantasy (it's no wonder to find Lawrence of Arabia's Anne V. Coates in the editing room). Massive ensemble expertly directed to bring to life a cast of strong characters with a smart, funny script. Smooth bass line, funky slide guitar and groovy keyboards running through a characteristically jazzy soundtrack. Out of Sight is a surprisingly lovely gem from a truly great director. One of Soderbergh's best.
