    First time watch.

I have heard so much of this film over the years and it was always one of those "omigod man you HAVE to see THE RAID" kinds of movies when I told friends. Entirely delicious and way too short - I could have used 7-10 hours of this stuff just to keep my dopamine levels high.

Kate and John separately are brilliant - and I don't use that word lightly. But together, they're alchemical, golden, magical....pure delight. They're also insane and it feels good to know there are good psychos out there achieving success, too, not just the sick evil ones.

    Watched on Peacock.

I am of two completely separate minds as it relates to this film.

On one hand, it's a meticulous and impeccably staged pop text filled with technical wizardry at the highest level and beautiful objects, people, and photography. Miles Teller, Glen Powell, Jay Ellis, Monica Barbaro, Jon Hamm - just so stunning to look at these actors, who are yet still no match for Tom Cruise. And the immensity of talent in the pilot's seats - just blows your mind…
