    ★★½

I didn't expect much going in, I liked some of the acting and direction but I didn't really know enough about the characters to really care what was happening to them.

I haven't seen this in years and I do believe that it still holds up. Really like how comedy director Jerry Zucker handles this film, it blends a wide variety styles into one film, although it goes a little bit in cheesy romance. It is indeed a classic.

What a movie, what a director. Still processing what I just watched and I'm probably going to continue to think about it for the next couple days/weeks/months/years.

Not as good as i remembered it to be as it's been over 20 years since I've seen it.Decent movie and a good cast.

  • Powder

    ★★★½

I think Victor Salva needs to go back to making movies like Powder and Peaceful Warrior instead of the horror movies he puts out. He puts a lot of heart into the dramas he puts out and it shows. While Powder isn't great with character studies the acting is good from Sean Patrick Flanery, Mary Steenbergen, Lance Henrikson and Jeff Goldblum.
