An angry young man sets out to avenge his dead master. Ring a bell? Basically, Jackie Chan in an out-and-out Bruce Lee film. In a nutshell, that’s what ‘Dragon Fist’ is all about. I found it rather refreshing to watch Jackie Chan cast against type and unleash rage on his adversaries. But again, I think this film would’ve been more successful and popular if it was made in Bruce Lee’s time with the martial arts icon in the lead.

Not terrible, but also not very compelling. Having Bruce Lee in the title is misleading, however, as the film actually stars Bruce Li. This film was made during the period of heavy Bruceploitation after the death of the real Bruce Lee.

Overall, the acting isn't terrible. This film would probably be more enjoyable if it wasn't trying to cash in on Bruce Lee.

The events leading up to and the match between Bruce Lee and Wong Jack Man -- which changed Bruce Lee into a new direction. The premise of the story was interesting. However, a Bruce Lee movie without Bruce Lee (brilliant fight choreography) leaves one wanting -- as such is this movie.

Super Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (AKA Bruce Lee: A Dragon Story) was the first, and is still the worst, Bruce Lee biopic. Rushed (it came out the year after Bruce's passing), cheap, sloppy, and very inaccurate. It makes Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story look like a documentary! It also feels more like "The Betty Ting Pei Story" (although not as much as Shaw Brothers' Bruce Lee and I, obviously). Ho Tsung-Tao (AKA Bruce Li) does an okay job portraying…

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

(Rachel) Fist of Fury is another Bruce Lee and it was a lot better than Big Boss. It starts out with Lee coming to town for his master’s funeral. He’s pissed from the very beginning and you can tell is just looking for a fight, which he does in the form of the Japanese who have just opened a new fight school to compete with Lee’s. He doesn’t take too kindly to them and beats them all up right away.…

I watch the UFC every weekend and after watching my first Bruce Lee movie, there is no argument that Bruce Lee revolutionized MMA. Bruce Lee threw out armbars before anyone else did, and that is special. Bruce Lee also plays a role that seems very genuine. If you saw Bruce Lee in the street, it seems like he would act the same way as he acts in "Enter the Dragon".

A beautiful, emotive documentary about a young boy that survives in subterranean tunnels. However the shock factor put into this movie raises some ethical questions about the involvement of the director on this child's life (for the worse).

A riveting Hollywood Bruce Lee movie!

Robert Clouse’s martial arts action picture Enter the Dragon (1973) is a bittersweet swan song for Bruce Lee to make as his final completed film before his tragic death. Enter the Dragon is entertaining demonstrating Bruce Lee’s acting chops and kung fu kicks and punches with deadly speed. Lee makes fighting look effortless here. He was clearly in peak physical condition, strong and fast as he ever was, so it’s especially sad that he…

As a Bruce Lee fan I had to watch this movie. The movie tells you the life of Bruce Lee before he went to the USA. Nice filmed and the story is interesting. It's funny to see how he got his name 'Bruce'.
You can't compare this movie to the 'real' Bruce Lee movies, but if you're a fan you'll like it.

The debate on whether or not this movie should have been made will always exist, but despite the story problems, I'm glad the final footage of Bruce Lee fights made it to the big screen. I mean how could Bruce Lee fighting Kareem Abdul-Jabar ever stay in a vault?

Dragon is an amazing movie that really shows the badass side and the soft side of Bruce Lee. For me growing up, Jason Scott Lee was Bruce Lee. His performance to this day is still amazing. Bruce Lee was a martial artists made actor, Jason was an actor who flawlessly portrayed years of martial arts experience. Such an emotional, entertaining, and enlightening film.
