I know this was made on a low budget but couldn't they have spent a few more dollars on finding someone to make it look as though Snake had a good tattoo?
Every time I watch this I think I'll like it a bit more but I never do. I like it just the same, which is to say a lot. That said, on this viewing I particularly appreciated the anti-cop stance that John Carpenter throws into this, and it feels even more on-point as things stand as I write this.
Still think it's nuts that Carpenter ever thought Escape from LA was better than this though. Isaac Hayes' lamp-adorned car makes it better all by itself.
