Entertaining, not as well as "Escape from New York" though. EfNY was low budget awesomeness, with great atmosphere and a unique story. This film, however at times, relies on outdated visual effects and too much action sequences that are unrelated to the story (surfing the wave, or the basketball scene).
It's an okay sequel, but tries too hard to one-up its predecessor. It sadly fails, and comes off as kinda corny at times. I still enjoyed it though.
