everyone's been talking about the big stars in the film but no one's talking about the kid Oscar Novak who literally has just debuted as the young versions of Alexander Skarsgard & Robert Pattinson in The Northman (2022) & The Batman (2022) respectively. can't wait to see whoelse's younger version of hot men in a leading role is he playing next.

the funniest part about this film is how they portrayed the philippines like all it is is forests and small islands, and the fact that this small municipality 6 hours from me who is famous for beaches looks like it was edited to look like the Amazon jungle 😭

with that amount of talk about ropes and gloves, the wild west should be the perfect setting for kinky power bottoms

    Pink Flamingos

    ★★★½

Out of desperation in the middle of a power outage, I accessed my "forbidden" films folder out of boredom, and little do I know, my ennui should have been the death of me. Pink Flamingos is in every sense of the word, "filthy" to its core. Can never say I regret watching it, I just don't think obscene films in the middle of a hot, dark room at 9pm was the best way to pass time. (But is it gonna stop me for future power outages? nope)

OLIVIA RODRIGO: driving home 2 u (a SOUR film)

    ★★★★★

This was a little too sentimental for me. I remember that day when SOUR by Olivia Rodrigo was released. It was truly an amazing day, listening to songs that hurt like bullets and words that stabbed me like knives in the heart. Everything about the album was personal, melodramatic, perfection, unskippable, and I couldn't stop listening to it for weeks.

The documentary was very therapeutic to enjoy. Hearing the thought process and production of it all just leaves me in…

i wanna be happy, in love, angry, and sad
but most days, i feel numb to none
will there be a day it won't hurt so bad
or will i burn out to embers as an only son

i wanna be wild, emotional, and free
but others will say this isn't like me,
will there be a day where i can say im okay
or will i carry this pain till im old and gray

    i wanna be messy, loud,…

    May

Following my recent watch, Rent-A-Pal, I decided to look for similar films and came upon this as the top recommendation. From the looks of it, I was doubting it a bit, but the plot description of the film itself (on Letterboxd) says it is a psychological horror film, which made me gain a little trust in it; it was only until that final shot that I realized I shouldn't have doubted that. May may be by far, the most interesting…
