Silent Shawn’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is one of those movies where the story behind it is vastly more entertaining than the final product itself. How on Earth did a middling Mormon comedy get Owen Wilson’s and Ron Howard’s brother, child star Gary Coleman, former Jazzman Thyrl Bailey, and comedy legend Fred Willard? (The answer is money but still how low are people willing to stoop for some cash?)
Still a guilty pleasure having played countless hours in Mormon gyms.
