Guys... it DOESN'T suck!?
If we just ignore that she's based on a character that eventually goes on to try and murder puppies - this is a pretty fun heist/thief movie with some Devil Wears Prada flare
Everything from the music, to the costumes, to the way they implemented on screen news articles truly come together to make what I THINK is Disney's best outing with these live action movies
CGI dogs leave a bit to be desired, though
Totally get the complaints of providing good optics for a potential future dog murderer but... it was a fun watch

A film that was profoundly effective and powerful upon its release in 2019, but that has aged like fine wine in the wake of COVID and my own grandparents’ health.
Beautiful, gripping, so instantaneously endearing. How does one not immediately fall in love with every single character featured in The Farewell? We see these characters at their most vulnerable and messy because of their bottled up grief and that makes them all the more relatable and likable.
