    Truly distinctive, this film has the ability to feel completely cut loose from all structure and meaning, a set of flashing, discombobulating images and disorienting scenarios. It's not even that pleasurable to begin with because the film feels like such a visual and narrative assault - the Daniels are not kidding when they title the first section Everything.

    But then, like Evelyn we start to make sense of what's happening to her - to us - and the formless film…
