The Black Cat 1934
Continual heart eyes at every time Lugosi and Karloff shared a screen together. But um body skinning, that was new for me! Definitely enjoyed the movie.

Certain segments were stronger than others and there was one I wish was expanded on. Other than that, I enjoyed this anthology.

The Last Man on Earth 1964
Another role of Vincent Price’s career that ends tragically, however I loved that his character had depth. Moments of sadness, happiness, hysteria, anger, loneliness, all of that is there. Price carried this film on his own, did not mind introduction to other characters as well. I definitely see the inspiration of Night of the Living Dead (1968) through this film, especially the end sequences.

Vampire Hunter D 1985
Beautiful animation. The plot was okay and I enjoyed more insight into this world and the lore. I like Bloodlust a bit more for atmosphere and plot. In my opinion, this film lays out the seeds to later blossom into Bloodlust.
