  lmao @ how intentionally insignificant all the male roles were. it's as if they served little to no purpose so that the film focuses on the women and only them; dunye knew what she was doing. really neat how effectively this immerses the viewer into the biography of the figure's life as if she was a real actress that actually existed within the timeline of film history. an endearingly special and important piece that all of you should check out at some point
