  last night when i was watching this, the french guy who lives in my neighborhood lost his dog and was wandering around my backyard yelling. just thought the film was really shit for a bit with random yelling. frog swallowing aside, it was actually p good and i support women in film doing literally whatever the fuck they want

  Almost all of the negative reviews I read about this film feel this film exploits 9/11. 

  Consider this:

  Movies are made surrounding tragic historical events all the time, most of which fail to acknowledge the negative effects of said events on day to day life or demonstrate the ongoing impact on the lives of those around the deceased. 

  There are films such as Pearl Harbour, London Has Fallen (not historically accurate obviously but genuinely racist and offensive, glorifying national tragedy…

  me approximately thirty minutes later: BOATS are a STUPID invention we should BURN ALL THE BOATS what have they REALLY DONE apart from speeding up COLONIZATION BURN ALL THE DAMN BOATS THEYRE FUCKING DUMB
