What is one of your favorite festival moments?
I miss the old days going to the Harvard Exit and drinking Market Spice Tea in the lobby. I always felt like I was traveling the world in those moments. I also can’t forget getting high on mushrooms or dropping acid (I forget which) right before linking up with Pedro Almodovar's crew from Kika when they were in town and dancing together till dawn at the Weathered Wall with Rossy de Palma. What else...there’s always the all out dance floor time with Taika Waititi, having post screening hangout laughter with Lynn Shelton, or the 9 years of SuperFly Filmmaking with 100’s of youth from across the country coming to Seattle to make 36 hour film challenges with local tribal communities. There are so many moments! 

What is your guilty pleasure film?
Any overly indulgent French film!

What's one thing we should know about you that is NOT film related?
My favourite meal in the world is red beans and rice.
