I'm really not used to hearing anyone say my name this much, it freaked me out
Very heartwarming but if you think about any of the interactions for too long you might have an HR aneurysm, this startup would be drowning in lawsuits
Was there educational content about sharks? Technically yes.
Did this doc take almost 10 minutes to even show a shark? Yes.
Did it spend a good minute on Chris Hemsworth taking off his shirt? Also yes.
Did I blush at the flirtatious banter between grade-A Australian beefcake Chris Hemsworth and legendary shark conservationist Valerie Taylor (who, at age 85, shot her shot and cannot be blamed for it in the slightest)? Also yes.
If you're a Chris Hemsworth fan, this is great.
If you're a shark fan, this is... fine.
If you're a fan of watching Val Taylor touch Chris Hemsworth's bicep, this is good.
Some takeaways:
- Whoever edited this really ships Emma and Tom HARD
- Emma not only didn't say "I love you" back to Rupert but she said "thanks Rupes" and it was already a platonic expression of love it was unexpectedly savage after telling him that kissing him was the hardest thing she had ever done
- Cannot believe Jason Isaacs stabbed Tom in the hand and the scene was deleted
- Ian Hart was there and they just included one shot of him during closing
- "Filmed in 2019" (I may have engaged in 🏴☠️ to watch this for reasons)
