Nicholas Stoller's romantic comedy 'Bros' isn't particularly funny or romantic. The screenplay is simply too busy, too neurotic, and far too self-conscious to be entertaining. It tries too hard to say many important things. The pacing is horrible and it isn't all that well shot. Worse, the leads - one of whom is bland and the other is straight up annoying - have zero chemistry and seem utterly disinterested in one another. A missed opportunity.
