amir syarif siregar’s review published on Letterboxd:
Matt Angel and Suzanne Coote's 'Hypnotic' contains a lot of strange concepts, but they're all in the early stages. It's well-made, and the cast does everything they can to make it work, but without any depth to the characters or narrative, things merely happen one after the other, rather than gradually unfold. The predictable twists and turns that can be seen from a mile away make for a dismal ride.
