Skylar Travis’s review published on Letterboxd:
They just don’t make them like this anymore. A very beautiful, but also very devastating film. With FilmStruck shutting down, I’m going through my watchlist as quickly as possible. I’ve been meaning to dive into Fassbinder’a filmography. I figured it would be best to start with his masterpiece. I’m just in awe right now. And I honestly don’t think that this film will ever lose it relevance, which is incredibly sad and unfortunate.
