This is now a favorite of mine. I've wanted to watch this for years and I finally got around to it today. And wow. I live in Wichita, where the aircraft industry is king. And I work for a major aircraft company with a large union. So watching this movie was like being on my assembly line during the work day. This movie is still relevant today! People who work in factories like this see these types of things daily . Maybe not to this extent though. The 3 lead actors are excellent, even though they fought constantly during production. And Richard Pryor is an absolute revelation in this. Hands down his best work. This is one of the most overlooked gems of the 70's. And to think, this movie almost caused Paul Schrader to quit the film industry!
