"making love, out of nothing at all"
THE STRANGERS: PREY AT NIGHT is my idea of a fun time at the movies. A total blast coated in a wonderful nostalgia of the slasher films of the 70's and 80's down to even having multiple fake endings. The 80's pop music fits wonderfully and the film still manages to obtain the anonymous and scare factor of the original. Those killers are just great and this time they're having way too much fun. The film is injected with plenty of great sequences and kills but none nearly as good as that pool scene. From the John Carpenter dramatic zooms and neon lights everything collides to a truly fun and scary sequence. A must watch for die-hard horror fans. I can't wait to own this and have it my collection forever.
