    Love transcends podcasts.

In my two previous viewings of this movie I had it pegged at 3.5 stars. Good movie, but I was just so hung up on some of the emotional decisions made in the movie. I couldn't believe that Murph wouldn't go back to see his daughter before leaving...I couldn't believe that Brand would fight so hard to see someone she loved one more time... and I didn't buy her speech at all, either.

    Sitting down to watch…

Not a dry eye in the frigging house.

Disclaimer I've been watching pro wrestling since I was a kid so get off me. There is a specific scene in this movie that pays tribute to the brothers and it knocked my socks off. So beautiful.

Can you imagine being in Texas and watching pro wrestling in the late 70s and early 80s? This was the biggest shit in town, folks. Can you imagine being a popular pro wrestler in that…

Kinda crap but Pinhead hanging out in a church saying “I am the way” is rad as hell.

This thing has more ADR than a GIALLO movie. It’s like someone’s audio equipment failed on every single day of recording. But even then whatever they recorded after the fact was bad, too.

Pinhead back to being a villain after what happened in the last one felt like nonsense. Insane Carrie homage in the club tho.

And no I’m not watching any more Hellraiser movies thanks for your patience.

First and last scenes had me hypnotized.

Meditative and contemplative. Forces you to think about your own decisions made over the years and wonder if you can make peace with them. Their conversations in that bed? Cripes alive.

Probably gonna spend $80 on the A24 store for a Blu-Ray of this.

    Gorgeous, but very messy.

Jordan Peele is the cutest stop-motion character in history.
