• Frankenweenie

The original 1984 version is lovely, at least.

    Goblin > the Beatles.

    Halloween Kills

Imagine being unable to outrun Michael Meyers. Literally just run away and you win.

Tommy maybe the most annoying character in any of the Halloween movies. Did that hospital sequence last 5 hours or was it just me?

    Michael looked incredible.

  • ParaNorman

Neil eating cheetos on the floor in front of the TV captures my entire childhood.

    Salem’s Lot for Catholics.

Catastrophic whiff from Mike Flanagan. I liked his first two shows for Netflix and the idea for this felt right up his alley. What better way for him to talk more about shame and grief and faith than with an island full of Catholics? Welp, it’s not good!

Just because you hit a few home runs in previous shows with long takes and speeches with a character going deep on their…

    Half Past Dead

Zoned out half-way through and YouTube'd Casio watch reviews on my phone.

Ja Rule completely blows at acting. Seagal plays a guy by the name of Sascha Petrosevitch.

  • Beetlejuice

Michael Keaton as Beetlejuice…is this one of the greatest performances in the history of film?

Feel like a dope not seeing the similarities to Jack Sparrow almost 20 years earlier. I know there were cartoons and toys, but man I cannot imagine the amount of sequels if this were made in the 2000s. Frigging goldmine.

Also just picture being a comic dweeb seeing this and finding out this guy would play Batman lol.

    Alec Baldwin is almost unrecognizable.

  • Ghostwatch

    This still freaking rocks.

  • No Time to Die

    No Time to Die

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

    Loved 75% of it.

Really disliked the ending. I get it’s his last movie and he can never have love or whatever but it’s a bit too depressing for me. Let him have a freaking happy ending geez.

Also why even have her and the daughter at the compound at all? He just lets the girl go and even Bond is like uhhhhhh ok. Maybe there is a reason but it went over my head. Getting rid of that entire…

Not sure wtf I was thinking on earlier viewings but the final 30 minutes is legit bananas insane.
